Presenters
Joe Heins, MA Sociology
  • Joe is the Executive Director of Woodburn Christian Children’s Home. He holds an MA in Sociology, BA in Preaching/Church Leadership, and was an Electrical Engineer prior to ministry. Joe is a “systems thinker,” viewing families and organizations as an emotional system (BFST). Married to Vikki for 30 years, Joe is the father of four adult children and six grandchildren.
Vikki Heins, MA Education, MA Counseling, LMHC
  • Vikki is a Psychiatric Therapist at Parkview Behavioral Hospital and founder of Discover Counseling. Vikki holds a BA in Children Ministry, MA in Elementary Education, MA in Counseling, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Vikki served in community mental organizations, addiction centers, and school systems. Married to Joe for 30 years, Vikki is the mother of four adult children and three grandchildren.
Kimberlee Winnett, MSW, LCSW
  • Kim is the WCCH Clinical Director and a WCCH Christian Counselor. Kim holds an MS in social work (LSW) and has served in behavioral hospitals, community-based mental health and private counseling centers. Specializing in wrap-around services, Kim envisions a system of care for each child and family.
