Current Needs

Our mission at WCCH is to provide a Christian home for children in need – to minister to children and families on physical, educational, emotional, and spiritual levels. We help children who otherwise do not have a home. We also help parents, single moms, and grandparents who are struggling with a child’s behavior. Our goal is to inspire children and their families to improve their emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Our core values include providing a home to children regardless of their ability to pay while not accepting government funds. We are funded through private donations from community partners, individuals, and churches.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE PROJECTS: (Updated 3/1/2022)
Is your group looking for a volunteer work project? This may be just the opportunity for you. These projects are the right size for families, school groups, corporate community-based volunteer projects, Sunday School classes, small groups or short-term mission trips. The projects affect our ministry physically, emotionally, educationally, and spiritually. Many of our groups spend time with the WCCH children sharing life skills, devotionals, recreation, and stories of overcoming life’s difficulties through faith in Christ. Volunteers of all ages can impact the WCCH mission!

In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
